British Piers – The Postcard Collection by Nigel Sadler

A wonderful collection of historic postcards.  It includes 160 images from early 20th century postcards of piers all over the country together with descriptions of their history.

The postcards show the evolution of piers from their erection to their decline and demolition with illustrations of the variety of entertainment offered when they were in their prime.
