Make your donation go further

If you are a UK taxpayer, and would like to make your donation go further. please select “Yes, please claim”, from the drop down menu to make your donation under the Gift Aid scheme. This does not affect the amount you donate, but does allow the Society to claim an additional 25p tax on every £1 that you donate. By selecting “Yes, please claim”, you are confirming that you have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April), at least equal to the tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that you donate to, will reclaim on your donated gifts for that tax year. You understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify and that the NPS will claim 25p tax on every £1 that you donate. If you are not a UK taxpayer You can still donate to the National Piers Society if you are not a UK tax payer, without Gift Aid, by selecting “No” from the drop down menu on the left, before proceeding to make your donation.
