This new river route has been in the works since 2017, with Thames Clippers running occasional services between the city and Gravesend. But now it’s set to become a regular service, similar to those operating between Putney and Woolwich.

Clacton Pier is going with a bang in 2022!
ClactonPier has unveiled its biggest ever free fireworks programme to help pull in the crowds and plans to stage ten events throughout the year, including one to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
